More than 6,000 people visit zoo on Sunday

KANPUR: The Kanpur zoo authorities said that that more than 6,000 people visited Kanpur zoo on Sunday. The authorities informed that as winter season sets in people throng in large numbers to relax and enjoy with their family.
The recently developed lawns are attracting visitors to the zoo. Director, Kanpur zoo, K Praveen Rao said, “This number is quite high and has helped us to earn good revenue. We expect the same trend to continue even in the days to come.”
He further added that, the young visitors to the zoo are given the paper bags to carry their stuff. The plastic bags are not allowed to be taken inside the zoo.
