Va. aquarium hosts electronics recycling event

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center and TFC Recycling are offering to safely dispose of old laptops, cell phones and other electronics.
Personal electronics can be dropped off Jan. 23 at the aquarium’s east parking lot.
Other recyclable items include printers, circuit boards, monitors, fax machines, stereos, game systems and televisions smaller than 32 inches.
Newspapers, bottles and aluminum cans also will be accepted.
