Another Wacky WILD Zoo-day! $2 Admission and More – It’s wet & wild

KCZOO: The always affordable Kansas City Zoo is doing even more to help families enjoy their summer – offering another WILD Wednesday. It’s a $2 Wet, Wild and Wacky Wednesday on Wednesday, August 4, 2010.
$2 Zoo admission for all ages 3 and older (FOTZ Members are free),
$2 hot dogs
$2 train rides
All day 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Make a day of it and cool down at the Zoo on a warm summer day. Dance through water sprinklers, water towers and misters throughout the Zoo. Splish, splash and have fun. Enjoy games, keeper chats, a sea lion show and feed an Australian lorikeet – all included in the $2 Wild Wednesday admission.
The entire Zoo will be open for exploration. Be sure to visit the new Snakes exhibit and Beaks and Feet Boulevard; awe at the black-footed kittens playfulness; watch the oryx calves gallop through Africa and the llama babies learn from mom.
